But be warned, I’ll be going into both the good and the bad points, so if that’s something you might not want to hear, then you may as well leave now. 

I was sick and tired of being sick and tired.  I just didn't feel as healthy as I wanted to. I was tired of drinking energy drinks all the time, as you know that can get pretty expensive and takes a toll on the nervous system. I was also concerned about the people that I prepare meals for.  Some of my friends have Gluten allergies or are on diets and I wanted a solution that would meet their needs as well, without having to do hours of searching on the internet for recipes.

I really enjoy the variety in the Paleo Cookbook for healthy and tasty recipes for any kind of meal, breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, smoothies or a healthy snack.  Many healthy cookbooks that I have tried before lack this aspect and is one of the main reasons I have enjoyed and continue to enjoy cooking most of my meals from the Paleo Recipe Cookbooks

Some things I would change:

  • I would have liked to have seen more pictures
  • Most of these meals are for 2 or more people, I personally would have added a section for individual meals
  • Some of the recipes can be very time consuming, however, not all are

Overall Great Aspects of the book:

This is a very easy recipe book to follow.  Included is a search function to instantly find what your craving.  This book also has a wide variety of extra things, including appetizers, smoothies and desserts.  Also included are 2 bonuses: an 8 week meal plan and The Herb and Spice Guide.  I not only sleep better, but I feel energized throughout the day!!!

It doesn't really matter if you have any experience with the paleo diet or not.  As you can see, this is a great recipe book  to increase not only your health and well being, but to help you cook healthy dinner recipes for 2 or more people with ease!  Thanks for reading my review!!
